Returns

If your item was received with a defect or fault, please contact us so we can assist.

The policy below applies to items returned under the Right to Cancel.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Several items we sell are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:

• period pants
• cloth pads
• menstrual cups
• razors and razor blades
• straws
• soaps, including shaving soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Please notify us at info@anniepooh.ie or on our contact form that you are intending to return the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take up to a week to show on your statement.

Return shipping

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping charges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
